We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 60 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

60 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE
1. Please send email to sales@Jishinmen.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After our Customer Service team confirm the item can be retunrned, you will receive return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Conditions
1. You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please return the items within 60 days after delivery or 90 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:used jewelry, and used wigs
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Jishinmen.com products .

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. If you submit a cancellation request before the order has been shipped and within the 24-hour cancellation window, your cancellation will be approved.
